DWARAA is a nonprofit division of a foundation, not a clinic. We can talk about the framework, the evidence behind it, and what adopting it involves. We cannot advise on an individual person’s medication, and we do not deliver care.
Before you write

What to include
Tell us which of the four you are — a prescribing clinician, facility ownership or management, a family member, or facility staff — and what you are trying to work out. That is enough to route it to a useful answer.
A note on privacy
Please do not send clinical detail through a web form or by email. No symptoms, no diagnoses, no medication lists, no images, no identifying information about a resident or a patient. Web forms and ordinary email are not a secure medical channel and DWARAA is not a treating provider. If something needs clinical detail, call the number above.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number we may reply by text to what you asked about. We send no marketing, no bulk messages and no broadcasts, and consent to receive a text is never a condition of anything. Read the SMS policy.
